1. Why there is a noise when use microphone?

When the microphone is too close to the speaker, it may cause a noise. It's a normal situation. Please keep the microphone away from the speaker when use and connect. You can get free microphone replacement if your mic is defective, please feel free to reach us.

2. How often should I charge the battery?

For first time use, please charge more than 12H. It's suggested to charge the speaker after each use.

3. How long could this speaker play?

The speaker can last 10 hours when it's in standby status, and 3 hours on maximum volume.

4. Does it have a CD port?

The M60 has a USB port, TF card slot and an AUX port, but there is no CD port.

5. Why I get small volume?

Please check your phone's volume and the speaker's volume. Adjust the volume both on your phone and the speaker. If the speaker is in low battery, the volume will low down automatically.

6. How to disconnect the Bluetooth?

Press and hold the "Play/Pause" button to disconnect the Bluetooth, you will hear a prompt voice "Bluetooth Cancel".
